Aaron Warmath, DMD

Dr. Aaron Warmath is a proud Western Kentucky native, where he and his wife Amy have chosen to raise their 4 children. After graduating from Paducah Tilghman High School, he attended the University of Louisville on a full academic scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He then attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry on a Health Professions Scholarship from the US Air Force. After his graduation in 2011, he served 3 years in the Air Force Dental Corps in San Antonio, Texas. Since moving back home Dr. Warmath has been privileged to work in three highly respected dental offices throughout Western Kentucky. He is excited to bring this military and private practice experience to Ballard Family Dentistry.

Dr. Warmath is intensely committed to delivering excellent dental care to each of his patients, as seen by his dedication to continuing dental education. He has earned over 650 hours of continuing education since his graduation, far exceeding the requirements for licensure. Dr. Warmath has completed Air Force Postgraduate “Short Courses” in Oral Diagnosis and Treatment Planning, Operative Dentistry, Endodontics, Prosthodontics, and Orofacial Pain, as well as courses on Sedation, Pediatric Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and the esteemed year long American Academy of Implant Dentistry sponsored Maxi-Course in Implant Dentistry at Augusta University in Georgia. Dr. Warmath is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantology.

Outside of work, Dr. Warmath enjoys hunting, running, barbequing, hiking with his family, and college sports. His kids will tell you he wants to be a farmer when he grows up, and he’s also been known to make some of the spiciest home-grown and homemade hot sauce around.

Cindy Dunn, Dental Hygienist

Cindy Dunn joins our team in the role of hygienist. Cindy has been serving the Western Kentucky area for 37 years with 28 years being in Ballard County.[showhide type=”a” more_text=”Read More” less_text=”Show less”]Cindy is also active as an instructor at West Kentucky Community and Technical College. As a lifelong resident of Ballard County, Cindy feels blessed and thankful to be able to return to this area, friends and family. Cindy lives in Bandana. She has two daughters, Terra Lee Bowles and Ashley Pittman. The joys of her life are five grandchildren ranging in age from 2 years to 8 years. She enjoys spending her time with family, baking, and making people smile.[/showhide]

Jackie Flowers, Receptionist

We are so fortunate to have Jackie Flowers and her 18 years of experience in the La Center office, where she has skillfully served as both clinical and office assistant.[showhide type=”b” more_text=”Read More” less_text=”Show less”] Jackie loves helping our patients with any needs or concerns they have, and considers them her personal friends.

Jackie is married to Joe Flowers. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. The grandchildren have been a big part of her life for over 19 years. She enjoys the outdoors and spends the warmer months in her vegetable garden and flowerbeds. In the winter she enjoys making baskets.[/showhide]

Tracie Flowers, Dental Hygienist

Tracie Flowers brings her 16 years of dental experience to her role as a hygienist. She excels at empowering patients to improve their overall health through improved oral hygiene.[showhide type=”c” more_text=”Read More” less_text=”Show less”]Says Tracie, “I enjoy my job so much! I am truly helping people have a better quality of life by restoring their dental health. I also love getting to know people and their families.”

Outside of work Tracie enjoys her family, her husband, and their two kids. She also enjoys spending weekends at the lake and hunting.[/showhide]

Lisa Wilkey, Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Ballard Family Dentistry’s clinical team is so very fortunate to have Lisa Wilkey and her 12 years of experience as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant, a distinction she achieved through her advanced training at the University of Kentucky.[showhide type=”d” more_text=”Read More” less_text=”Show less”]Each of our patients will benefit from her keen attention to detail, her gifted artistic ability, and her congenial nature. In Lisa’s own words, “I love helping patients regain confidence in their smile and making a positive impact on their overall dental health. Lisa is married to her best friend Chris and they have two beautiful kiddos! In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends.[/showhide]

Shawna Wurth, Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator

Shawna Wurth is excited to serve as Office Manager at Ballard Family Dentistry, and to work with such a great team! She brings over 20 years of dental experience to this role, and her specialized knowledge makes her a master problem solver at the front desk![showhide type=”e” more_text=”Read More” less_text=”Show less”] She loves finding ways to help people smile and seeing the confidence their new smile can bring! Shawna has been married to her best friend Rob for over 21 years and they have two boys, Brenen and Brice. In her spare time, you will either find her at Kentucky Lake or attending a sporting or hunting event with her boys. She values her faith, family, and friends and is very excited to be back in Ballard County.[/showhide]
